Europride 2011

Europride 2011, The Big Parade, Rome, Italy. An estimated 500,000 to a million people took to the streets for the culminating event of Europride on June 11. Lady Gaga performed at the closing event at the Circus Maximus sound stage. (You'll find that performance footage on YouTube with an easy Google search.)

This video slideshow was originally synced with Gaga's "Just Dance," a cut played often--and perfectly--throughout the parade. Couldn't use it for copyright reasons, of course. But I do think that the substitute track I found captures some of the incredible energy of that day.
